Our Team

Scott Hamilton
Founding Partner
After graduating from Loyola New Orleans College of Law, Scott became a seasoned attorney by representing plaintiffs and defendants in multiple states, as well as serving as in-house counsel for a Virginia based real estate title company. After building a strong foundation across different legal disciplines, Scott founded Hamilton Pierce alongside his long time friend and law partner, Nicholas Pierce. Now, Scott fights every day to make sure his clients get fair treatment by the government, the highest value for their claims and the best possible chance to be made whole again. When he isn't at work, Scott likes to cook and take his pup Remus for long walks and fast runs.

Nicholas Pierce
Founding Partner
Founding Partner Nicholas Pierce has been advocating for those in need his entire career. Starting at Loyola New Orleans College of Law's Criminal Defense Clinic, Nick has worked hand-in-hand with clients from every walk of life and every background. After law school, Nick clerked for a district judge in Lousiana before spending years as a felony and misdemeanor public defender in Louisiana and Colorado. In 2018, Nick began practicing immigration law and has never looked back. Nick's considerable trial background in criminal and immigration matters has helped him supercharge his practice, adding personal injury representation. Every day, Nick fights back against big government, big businesses and tough odds, to deliver for his clients. When Nick is not working he spends as much time as he can with his wife and baby boy.
